Late Summer News we’re offering wine classes!

Hello there! It has been awhile . . . AMAZING! So much to talk about and yet, so little! Honestly, I have a hard time filling the airspace.

So, let me get right to the point… I’m conducting monthly classes in our space above the café! And when I say, classes, what I mean is, kind of structured, collaborative-as-fuck discussions, organized around a particular theme. I led one earlier this month, on Orange Wines…

Classes are taking place once per month, on the first available Sunday…

The next one will take place Sunday September 7th, at 1pm, on Salty White Wines! The class will take place from one to three pm; cost of classs is forty five dollars. (What’s Up Wine Club members are free!) Russ from Rain Shadow will provide cheese and cured meats! We’ll taste five wines, coming from terroirs that have an aspect of saltiness, (among other notes), in their profiles. I find these wines to be amazing and compelling and . . . SO GOOD WITH FOOD!
